Using Odoo CRM at Idealis

At Idealis, we have integrated Odoo CRM to manage our sales team, consisting of 8 active members. Our team is responsible for three key activities in the European market, utilizing Odoo's features to streamline sales operations.

Team Organization:

 

In accordance with best practices related to the use of Odoo CRM, we have structured our team into subgroups for better management. Each subgroup specializes in activities and geographical regions within Europe, allowing for a targeted approach.

Customization to meet team needs:

Odoo CRM allows us to configure separate sales pipelines for each subgroup, ensuring specific workflows that correspond to the different activities we manage. Currently, we are not using this feature as we aim to manage pipelines consistently within the group. We have also implemented customized email aliases for each subgroup, facilitating communication and tracking.


Lead assignment automation:

We utilize Odoo's automatic lead assignment feature to effectively distribute prospects among team members. This functionality is based on predefined criteria, such as geographic region, to ensure accurate and efficient allocation, thereby reducing time spent on administrative tasks.

Detailed configuration of team members:

Each member of our team has a customized profile in Odoo CRM, allowing for detailed management of their roles and responsibilities.

Pipelines Management and Multiple Roles:

By leveraging the advanced capabilities of Odoo CRM, we can visualize and manage pipelines specific to each subgroup. Additionally, some members of our team are assigned to multiple subgroups, reflecting the versatility required to handle our diverse activities across Europe.
