As a digital transformation expert, you act as the strategic link between Business and IT. Your mission is to translate complex client needs into concrete Business Blueprints while ensuring comprehensive documentation of business processes. You champion the strategic vision during solution implementation to ensure a perfect fit with expectations, while optimizing technical responses to the specific challenges of each project.
What your key responsibilities will be
Guidance & Support
Facilitating Odoo functional training sessions and providing end-user support during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
Quality & Functional Validation
Monitor development, define the testing scope, and develop business test scenarios for client validation.
Management & IT Interface
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate business priorities, and challenge IT solutions to ensure their relevance.
Analysis & Workshop Leadership
Prepare and lead client workshops to capture their requirements and quantify the resources needed for the project.

- A good knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
- Excellent communicator and team player, capable of building relationships of trust.
- A natural solution-oriented mindset when facing technical challenges.
- Energetic personality, positive attitude, and a hands-on approach to the field.
Must have
- Master's degree in Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo.
- Self-motivated, fast-paced, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented and focused on achieving strategic goals.
- Fluent in French and English.
