As the guardian of operational success, you lead Odoo projects from requirement definition to final deployment. Your role is to ensure seamless end-to-end execution by managing budgets, timelines, and project scope. Serving as the primary daily contact for your clients, you build lasting relationships of trust while coordinating internal and external resources to guarantee excellence in every delivery.
What your key responsibilities will be
End-to-End Project Management
You lead Odoo projects from initial analysis to deployment, defining schedules, budgets, and implementation plans.
Client Relations & Operational Excellence
You provide daily follow-up with clients and ensure execution quality to guarantee delivery that meets business expectations.
Proactive & Strategic Management
You analyze project progress and, if necessary, revise priorities or scope to mitigate risks and achieve objectives.
Scope & Resource Management
You coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that every project strictly adheres to the established budget and timeline.
The ideal profile for our Idealis team
Must have
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, including ERP implementation.
- Project Management certification such as Agile, Scrum, or Prince2.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Quick learner with a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluent in French and English.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with Odoo is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships of trust.
- Energetic personality, positive attitude, and a hands-on approach.
