As a driving force behind Idealis expansion in France, your mission is to define and lead the commercial strategy in this fast-growing market. You embody the company’s vision and elevate our brand through a structured approach, targeting priority sectors and growth opportunities. Acting as a true bridge between Lyon and Belgium, you ensure not only commercial outreach but also the cohesion and operational management of our Lyon office.

What your key responsibilities will be

Market Strategy & Vision

Define the development plan for France by identifying priority targets, strategic positioning, and outreach methods to elevate the brand's value.

Branch Management & Operations 

Coordinate the daily operations of the Lyon office, lead local teams, and foster a culture of seamless collaboration between the French and Belgian entities.

 

 Client Management & Satisfaction 

Participate in commercial initiatives for both existing clients and prospects, while ensuring high satisfaction levels and rigorous follow-up.

 Active Business Development

Identify new opportunities through targeted prospecting, prepare commercial proposals, and lead negotiations to successfully close contracts.

The ideal profile for our Idealis team

Must have 

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within business development or Business Unit (BU) management.
  • Strong experience in leading teams and driving business operations.
  • Strong sense of initiative with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Results-oriented profile with high quality standards and a strong focus on client needs.
  • Fluent in French and English.

 

Nice to have 

  • Experience in or a deep understanding of the ERP and IT services industry.
  • Specific knowledge of the Odoo ecosystem is a major advantage.
  • Strong passion for project building and thriving in high-growth environments.
