The new release 2023/2.0 is available fixing bugs for Odoo v15 instances and bringing new functionnalities for Odoo v16 instances especially in Training Management, Goal Management and Dashboarding.

New functionnalities :
Training Plan template
Trainings from the catalog can be included in a training plan template. The template could be linked to a job. All trainings of the template will be assigned to each employees belonging to the job.
E-learning
E-Learning training type is now available. Build you e-Learning, add it in the training catalog and assign it to your employee's training plan or share it via the training catalog.
Events
Classroom event type is now available. Link your event to a training and manage the registrations and the attendances. Allow your employees to register to a specific class from the agenda.
Goal Management
Goal Self-Appraisal
A self-appraisal step has been added in the goal assessment workflow allowing to request users to self-assess their goals before their manager did.
Goal Comment
A specific area for employee and for manager is available in the goal assessment, allowing them to let a comment about their goal appraisal.
Dashboarding
Smart Analytics for BrioLab
Smart Analytics, a dashboarding tool from Idealis Consulting, is now linked to Briolab. It allows employees, managers and HR to audit all Talent data.Additionnaly, Smart Analytics for BrioLab allows HR to analyse actual workforce efficiency and match up profiles with other profiles or job.
