As the guardian of operational excellence, your mission is to lead and optimize the support organization to deliver a flawless customer experience. You operate at the heart of the technical ecosystem, collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers. Your role combines strategic vision, technical coordination, and customer satisfaction management to ensure the long-term success of the deployed solutions

What your key responsibilities will be

Strategic Oversight

Structure and continuously improve the support organization, including the definition of processes, tools, priorities, and SLAs.

 Operational Excellence

Delivering high-quality functional support through analysis, prioritization, resolution, and seamless communication. 

 Critical Project Management

Acting as the primary escalation point for complex cases and coordinating Odoo migrations and upgrades. 

 Performance Monitoring 

Monitoring service quality, customer satisfaction, and the overall operational performance of the team.

The ideal profile for our Idealis team

Must have

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software support, ERP support, or functional consulting.
  • Solid functional knowledge and Odoo certification required.
  • Proven experience in a structured environment (SLAs, prioritization, quality standards).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
  • Customer-centric mindset, analytical thinking, and a sharp attention to detail.
  • Fluent in French and English.

 

 Nice to have

  • A good knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset for this position.
  • Ability to transform complex situations into seamless solutions for the client.​
